Atlantis Inflatable Course
Challenge yourself on our epic inflatable course, set on the Olympic 50m pool. With thrilling obstacles, slides, and climbing walls, it’s perfect for adventurous swimmers aged 8 and up.
Inflatable Disco
Get ready to boogie in the pool! Our Inflatable Disco session in the training pool offers a blast for kids aged 5 and up. Enjoy a thrilling inflatable run or play on our giant floats. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at a ratio of 2:1.
Inflatable Parties (Under 16’s with Buoyancy Aids) – Training Pool
Looking to book a fun filled inflatables party at the London Aquatics Centre? The only way to make the water even more fun is with our aqua run pool inflatable. Designed specifically for children aged five years and over, have you got the balance to stay on the inflatable without falling into the pool?
Participants should be competent swimmers and wear suitable swimwear – buoyancy aids will be provided. You’ll need one parent per 2 under 8yrs participants to supervise and take part in the party and a registration form will need to be completed prior to arrival.

- Those under 16 and any weak swimmers are required to wear a lifejacket.
- Wristbands must be worn throughout the session.
- Follow all lifeguard instructions, failure to do so could result in removal from the session.
- No goggles to be worn during the session.
- Start only when instructed to do so by the lifeguard.
- No queuing is permitted in the pool.
- You can only move forwards on the inflatable, no going backwards.
- Only one person is allowed to go down the slide at a time.
- Go down the slide feet first only.
- Swim forwards once at the bottom of the slide.
- Don’t swim in front of the slides when exiting.
- If you fall off the inflatable, swim down to the far end exit. No climbing back on to it.
- No diving off the inflatable.
- No swimming underneath the inflatable.
- Jump feet first only.
- No bouncing or pushing others on the inflatable.
- Be aware of younger participants.
