Exciting news! Our lights in the Training Pool are being fixed, both above and below the pool. To allow these important works to happen, we’ll have limited sessions available from Monday, August 11th to Saturday, August 16th. All sessions that are running will be moved to the Competition Pool. The Competition Pool will be divided into three sections to help us provide as many sessions as possible during this time. Swimming lessons will still be running. Please keep an eye out for further communications regarding any changes, but we expect these to be minimal.
Please be aware that roads will be busier from 12:00 on Sunday, 10th August.
Road closures will be in effect between 19:30 and 22:00. During this time, the only entry to the London Aquatics Centre will be via Rothbury Road, leading onto Carpenters Road.
We recommend allowing extra travel time for your journey.
September Event Disruptions at London Aquatics Centre
We have some exciting events happening at the London Aquatics Centre this September. Due to the events, the Competition Pool and Competition Changing Rooms will be closed on the following dates:
- Sunday 7th September
- Saturday 13th September (from 1:30 PM) to Monday 15th September (reopening as usual)
- Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th September
All other facilities will remain open, and swimming and diving lessons will continue as scheduled.
Please be aware that the car park will be much busier than usual on these dates.
